Hard work paying off for All-Star Sherrill
Last February turned out to be the turning point for George Sherrill's career, when he was one of five players to be traded to the Orioles for left-hander Erik Bedard. Since then, Sherrill has been one of the best closers in the AL -- and was justly rewarded by being named to the All-Star team.
