Paul McCartney Reportedly To Perform At San Francisco 49ers Levi Stadium In Santa Clara

131010-paul-mccartney-times-squareThere are new reports out that Paul McCartney might be toying with the idea to perform at the San Francisco 49ers home base rather than doing a send off concert at Candlestick Park!

Sources from the San Francisco Chronicle are claiming that the 49ers football team has been speaking with McCartney to perform at their brand spanking new Levi Stadium in Santa Clara, CA. This would ultimately hold up any plans for doing a huge send off for the historic Candlestick Park.

Even a spokesman for the City Hall was quoted as saying that they will still do a huge farewell for the park; however it would be without Paul McCartney. Stay tuned for more Paul McCartney Levi Stadium, Santa Clara news and announcements!

Paul McCartney U.S. Out There Tour 2014 Announcement

M_PaulMcCartneyOutThereTour630_032814Looks like Paul McCartney will be making another tour announcement this week, and this time it’s for North American Macca fans!

Sources close to McCartney say he will be making the announcement this Wednesday April 9th for New York, New Orleans and Pittsburgh. As we reported earlier Paul plans on bringing the Out There Tour to North America this summer. He already has confirmed dates in April and May, that would leave June and July open for U.S. dates

Now that we know his possible cities we can speculate to where the concerts will be. Last year McCartney played at the Barclays Center so it only seems fitting to make a return to Yankee Stadium in New York.

How about a massive concert at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, this will be the first time since 2002 that McCartney will be back in the Mardi Gras state. As far as Philly is concerned there are more options for a stadium show, PNC Park, Heinz Field and the Consol Energy Center are just to name a few.

Paul McCartney tickets will go quick for his upcoming Out There North American stops, so be ready!

Jimmy Buffett “This One’s For You” 2014 Tour

Jimmy BuffettJimmy Buffett is headed off on his “This One’s For You” tour that kicks off on May 19th at the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre in Tampa, Florida. So get your parrot head gear, loud Hawaiian shirt and shaker of salt ready because it’s going to be a great tour this summer. If you have never been to a Margarittaville or a Jimmy Buffett concert you are missing out on a great time.

At a few venues it even turns into a weekend long festival for all the Parrot heads to get together and camp out. Like in Frisco you can count on jello shots being flung about and of course ample supply of ice for Margaritas, and of course the quest for the eluded shaker of salt.  Of course you will be surrounded by fellow crazy flowered shirts with the louder the better theme, flip flop wearing and of course parrots galore. Not to mention the occasional kiddy pool and even some golf carts.

The Coral Reefer Band will be joining Jimmy Buffett on tour again this year. They all have been performing at the Quicksilver and Roxy Pro Gold Coast surfing event in Australia as part of the ASP World Tour. Jimmy a long time surfer himself also had a few guest at the shows. Here is a taste of the smaller Jimmy Buffett show at Margarittaville on the Gold Coast in Australia where he had surfers Kelly Slater and Stephanie Gilmore join him on stage for his famous song.

So if you think you are ready to help find that lost shaker of Salt, then get your tickets early as parrot heads get their tickets fast and most Jimmy Buffett shows sell out instantly. Just don’t forget your parrot head gear and be ready to have a night you will never forget. Who knows you might even become a new parrot head fan yourself.
