
CA Center for the Arts Tickets
The California Center for the Arts, Escondido is situated on a 12-acre campus in downtown Escondido adjacent to Escondido City Hall and Grape Day Park. CA Center for the Arts Tickets The campus is comprised of a 1,523-seat Concert Hall, a 406-seat Center Theater, a visual arts Museum, art and dance studios, and a Conference Center containing CA Center for the Arts Tickets meeting and banquet facilities. Groundbreaking occurred on June 22, 1991. The firm of Moore Ruble Yudell of Santa Monica, Calif. designed The Center. The General CA Center for the Arts Tickets Contractor on the project was McKee Construction Company. Theatre consultation was by Theatre Projects Consultants, Inc. The acoustician was the Talaske Group.
From its inception, visionaries planning The Center had a three-part purpose. The Center would be a place where people could come for entertainment - to enjoy the visual and performing arts, and of equal importance, The Center CA Center for the Arts Tickets would become a focal point for a comprehensive arts education program. Additionally, the California Center for the Arts, Escondido was to serve as a community center. By combining these three elements: the visual and performing arts, arts education and a community center, citizens benefit CA Center for the Arts Tickets from the three collectively more so than if they operated separately.
A stroll down Escondido's Grand Avenue is a profoundly different experience than it was prior to the Center's opening in 1994. Escondido's investment in the Arts Center has been rewarding. In addition to existing notable local artists, many more fine artists have come to live and work in Escondido CA Center for the Arts Tickets because of the Center's influence and stature.
The Center draws several hundred thousand patrons and culture consumers annually adding significantly to the local economy. Arts and culture are serious business, as well as a quality of life attribute. With CCAE as a centerpiece, the arts have been a catalyst for millions of dollars of private CA Center for the Arts Tickets investment in the core of the city. Just across the street, a former Montgomery Wards and commercial strip center has three separate developers working on complementary projects that include: a 16-screen Signature theatre, an upgrade of the commercial center and plans for about 230 condominiums, and an adjacent town home project of over 200 units.
