While ordering, you may notice that the seat numbers are not displayed. Front Row King shows the section and row but does not disclose the seat numbers as a confidentiality precaution for our customers. Your seat numbers will be provided on the confirmation email or when your tickets are mailed.

Your order is not guaranteed to ship immediately. In some cases, the tickets are not yet available for delivery and will be shipped when they are ready. We do however, guarantee that your tickets will arrive in time for the event.

If an event is permanently cancelled, you will be refunded the full price of the tickets (minus delivery charges). Simply call our toll free number and our customer service agents can walk you through the simple process. The availability of your tickets is secured by our guarantee. If your tickets become unavailable, similar replacement tickets may be available for your choosing. You will not pay for tickets that you do not receive!
